3. Q: You will give me a China address, is it just a P.O. box address?
A: The China address we provided for you, it not only be used to receive mail/package as P.O. box. It also would be send to your Chinese customer as your office in China.
4. Q; I want to buy some items form China, but I do not buy usually, so I think I just to use the China address one time, how do you serve for me if I do not register as membership?
A: You may think that it is not worth to register as our membership if you only buy merchandise from China one time. So that you would send E-mail to us: info@cn2me.com. We will offer personal one-off services for you, help you to save membership fees.
5. Q: What happens when you receive one of my faxes, packages or letters?
A: We notify you automatically via the email address you provide us. This notification will direct you to your online account, which will then let you choose how to manage your received items.
6. Q: If I do not want to receive Junk mail, how do you help me to deal with?
A: We will receive mail on your behalf. Then notify you by E-mail, and upload information to your account. If you think the mail is Junk mail and do not want to receive it, we help you to drop them as your requirement, to save your shipping fees and keeping fees.
7. Q: I am going to travel and can not receive my mail and package, how do I do?
A: If you are not convenient to receive your mail/package when you are travelling, we keep your mail/package until you come back and notify us to ship to you. If the urgent mail you though receive, scanning would be done for you.
8. Q: My online account, How does that work?
A: Our notifications will tell you that you have new items waiting in your online account, which is available by logging in on our website. Once logged in, your personal account will give you a variety of choices for each of your documents or packages. If you want to forward your package to another address, have a letter scanned to your online account, or simply throw away something that you do not want, you can easily let us know by choosing the appropriate option with your personal online account. We will provide you with your account information when you sign up for our services.
9. Q: Would I add name to receive my mail/package?
A: Yes, you would add name to receive your mail/package when you are not at home or office. This would be finished in your account.
10. Q: How much do your services cost and shipping fees? Do you have discount for membership?
A: Our fees vary by country, to view the list of fees for your country, go to the fees section (http://www.cn2me.com/fe/fees.do) and select your country. If you are our membership, you will save over 20% off the shipping fees.
11.Q: what are your membership fees?
A: 1) 3 Months (minimum)
2) Pay for 6 months one-off, get 1 month free

12. Q: You said you could shop for me from Chinese websites? How do I request that you shop for me?
A: Fill out the form available here, Download, which will provide us, once it is completed and submitted, with a link to the item you would like, the quantity, cost, and description of the item. Once you have made the request, we will make the purchase, and then have the item sent to us. Once we have received it, we will notify you through your online account, and then forward it to an address of your choosing once you have confirmed it on your online account.
13. Q: You mention shopping from Chinese websites, but I’m not really familiar with any, what are some examples?
A: The more popular ones are taobao.com, amazon.cn, and alibaba.com.cn, however if you are looking for more specific items that might only be available on certain Chinese shopping sites, a simple search might lead you to web pages you cannot understand or ones that are poorly translated. Therefore, feel free to ask us where to go if you have a specific request. As a Chinese company, we are fairly familiar with Chinese shopping websites and can direct you as necessary. 14.Q: I want to buy some presents for my friends, but they are in different address, how would you help me?
A: We usually ship package to your address which you leave when you registration. But every time before shipping, we have to send address for you to reconfirm. If you want to ship to many different addresses, you would send the detail address and receiver to us: infor@cn2me.com
15. Q What are the advantages to shopping on Chinese sites?
A: Chinese goods can be purchased, in many cases, for less than their Western counterparts. Thus, it is possible to get the same goods you’ve been searching for, at a price that is far more reasonable. Also, some goods are only available for sale in China. The easiest way to get access to the entirety of these goods is to go to China; the cheapest and 2nd easiest way is to simply buy them online.
16. Q: How do your fax services work?
A: We will send you a notification and update your online account should you receive a message. If we have received a fax, we will give you the option of having us scan the message, so you can view it quickly online, fax the message to another fax machine which you specify, or we can mail the message to you.
17. Q: How do your telephone services work?
A: We will, upon receiving a call for you, record a message and upload it to your personal account. You will then be notified by email that you have a voice message waiting, and that you can listen to it on your personal account.
18. Q: How can I pay for your services?
A: We accept most major international credit cards, specifically Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB. If you have on credit card, wire transfer is acceptable, sent your problems of payment to us: info@cn2me.com.
19. Q: What’s carrier you usually cooperate? How long will it take for my mail or package to get to me?
A: Shipping to you usually through DHL. If you have special requirement please tell us. The speed of any packages or mail will depend largely on the DHL or you appointed carrier and your location, usually it will take 2-5 days to ship to you. However we will notify you within 1 to 2 business days if we have received a message or mail on your behalf.
20. Q: Your site is fairly informative, is there anything else I should know about your services?

22. Q: I want to sign up or buy some items from China, but I have no credit card that listed in your website, or the retailer did not accept credit card, how do I do?
A: If you have no credit card or retailer did not accept it, contact us, wire transfer to us through West Union, our personal shopper will remove your worry.
